Verification Documents
Verification documents include a photo ID, a utility bill that confirms your current address, and various verification documents that are equivalent to the payment method you are using. All customers must submit these documents upon request.
※The contents of the request may differ depending on the timing of the request for submission.
■The guide of submission of verification documents will be sent to your registered email address from our department ([email protected]) when they are required.■

※We only need the following information, so you can hide card numbers and so on.
- Name of Credit Card holder
- First 6 and last 4 digits of your credit card number (e.g. 1231 23XX XXXX 1231)
- Expired Date
- Back side : Signature line (No signature will not be reviewed)
- Be sure to hide the security number (last 3 digits) on the back of the card.
